Group FAQ
Who can join the April Group Escape 2027?
Any group of at least 15 paying adults travelling between April 1 and April 30, 2027: companies, families, parishes, schools and alumni, associations and friends. Smaller groups can book our regular tours online.
How does the free seat work?
For every 15 paying adults, one person travels free (usually the organiser): 15 paying adults = 1 free, 30 = 2 free, 45 = 3 free.
How do we confirm our date?
Send the request form. We reply within 24 hours with your itinerary and group price. Your date is reserved when the 30% deposit is paid; the balance is due 30 days before the trip.
What is the early-bird bonus?
Groups that pay the deposit by January 31, 2027 get a free lechon lunch for the whole group and a free group photo session during the trip.
Can we change our date?
Yes, once and free of charge, up to 30 days before the trip, if the new date is still available.
Why only 2 groups per day?
We run every group with our own boats, coasters and guides, so we limit the number of groups per day to keep the service personal. Full days are marked on the calendar below.
