TERMS & CONDITIONS:  

We will strictly follow the imposed capacity, which is a maximum of 50 passengers including infants, children, nannies, tour guides, external caterers, servers, photographers, etc. All heads are counted. The cruise will not start the cruise if passengers exceed maximum capacity as this will jeopardize the Yacht licenses and permits.

Boarding and any entrance fees are not included from the package and must be paid by the guests. Bring cash for the sanctuaries and boarding fees. The yacht is docked at Mactan Marina Wharf, the entrance fee is P75 per person. This is a private pier by Mactan Wharf Corporation with security. Parking is P20 per car. We may need to use the small boat or dinghy to board the guests on the yacht during low tide on your own account at a minimal amount that you may pay directly to the small boat vendor.

Pick-up in other areas of Mactan Island can be done but with additional fee of P6,000 will be charged. This will also depend on the weather and whether the requested pick-up place is safe or not.  Time starts as scheduled and agreed during booking. If the guests arrive late, a time extension will not be allowed to compensate for the delay. Disembarkation time must end as indicated in the booking. Cruising time extension may be allowed depending on availability. The Php11,500 per hour applies.

Outside food may be allowed provided that a corkage fee of P4,000 will be charged and P3,000 for drinks. Guests must also ensure that the yacht is free of food waste and that the bar area has been cleaned. Cleaning Fee will be charge if the bar area is left unclean.

Cancellation Policy – This is a non-refundable rate. One-time postponement of the trip due to fortuitous events such as typhoon, war, pandemic, medical reasons, flight cancellations and others beyond our control or technical issues on the part of the Yacht provider may be allowed and rescheduled provided that the yacht is available.

Damage –  If the boat, including its fixtures, fittings, or inventory is lost, stolen, or damaged, it will be charge directly to the guest. The guest shall pay directly to the owner’s instructions.

YACHT SPECIFICATIONS AND FACILITIES
It is a catamaran yacht designed by Plessis Yacht Design in France and built by a French Naval Architect and boat builder in Evercat Asia Inc, Lapu Lapu, Cebu. The construction was completed in October 2014 with Honeycomb / Fiberglass / Resin Epoxy. The overall length of the yacht is 22m and the overall width is 9.4m. The yacht has been recently dry docked at DM8 Composites in Danao, and has acquired 2 brand new Weichai Deutz Marine Engine with 180HP. The yacht is equipped with a dinghy, VHF Radio, Navigational equipment (GPS, Chart plotter, deep sounder, fish finder), life-saving equipment (life vests, flares, parachute flares, smoke signals), and first-aid kit.

Yacht facilities include:

✓ External sound system with amplifier and four (4) 300W speakers plus 1 wireless microphone

Yacht Charter Etiquette:
DO’S:
☑ Do treat the yacht as you would your own home.
☑ Do respect the crew. Do plan parties in advance.
☑ Do make sure you are clear on the smoking policy.
☑ Do wear your shoes or slippers on board except for stilettos for safety purposes.
☑ Do listen to safety briefings.  Do respect the ocean by not throwing anything in it.

DON’TS:
☒ Don’t expect the crew to be your childcare.
☒ Don’t take matters into your own hands.
☒ Don’t sit by the railings. Don’t do anything illegal.
☒ Don’t bring any pets unless our pet waiver is agreed upon and signed.
☒ Don’t bring any outside furniture and appliances without approval from the management.
☒ Don’t dive or jump from the yacht to the ocean until the Captain announces it is safe to do so.
☒ Don’t jump from the sky deck to the ocean.

Price indicated is based on minimum of 50 persons.  If your group is below 50 persons, you must pay the whole amount.  Hotel pick up and drop off is not included in the price. Kindly click the ‘package’ + button for the add-on charges.
