Overview

Caohagan Island
WHITE SAND AND WARM WATER Caohagan Island is home to a wonderful triangular shaped beach that is bordered by crystal clear water on two sides. The sand extends in to the water for a good distance making this the perfect place for swimming and wading.

Olango Islands has a total land area of approximately 1,030 hectares (2,500 acres). The reef flat-lagoon surrounding the island of Olango is considered one of the most extensive reef areas in the Central Visayas.  A total of 4,482 hectares (11,080 acres) of extensive sandy beach, rocky shoreline, inshore flats, seagrass beds, coral reefs, mangrove forest, mudflats, and salt marsh grass surround Olango and its satellite islets.

The Olango group of islands is an island group composed of the island of Olango and six satellite islets. The six neighboring islets are Sulpa, Gilutongan (also spelled Hilutangan), Nalusuan, Caohagan, Pangan-an, and Camungi. These are bound by continuous fringing reefs (steep reef wall on the west and sloping reef at the east coast of Olango) and reef flats. The islands are low-lying with elevation reaching no more than 10 metres (33 ft) above sea level. At the center of these islands is a vast tidal flat, which includes the 920-hectare (2,300-acre) area of the Olango Island Wildlife Sanctuary.

15 minutes Parasailing + 15 minutes Jetski Rental + 15 minutes Banana Boat Ride

Take advantage of this 3 in 1 set package to save and have more fun.

Parasailing the ultimate sense of openness and a little thrill.  You will be pulled by a motorboat and soar several dozen meters into the sky with a parachute behind you. The pleasure of looking at the sea of Cebu from the sky is outstanding. Parasailing in the emerald green tropical sea is the most pleasant experience. As the motorboat speeds up, my feet float in the air, and before I know it, the sea is far below.  Only bring your swimsuit. A T-shirt and shorts are fine. It is safe because it is a “touch and go” method that takes off from the boat and returns to the boat. The real pleasure of parasailing is being able to feel the expansive sky in front of you with your whole body! ! Wouldn’t you like to feel like a bird and soar into the sky? Please enjoy the excitement of the boat running with the waves splashing and the view from the sky. All the special harnesses and parachutes are put on by dedicated staff. Feel the contrast between sky blue and marine blue from the sky.

JetskiA jet ski is a motorcycle that runs on water. In Cebu Island, you can use jet ski even if you do not have a boat license. Instead of circling fixed buoys like other resorts, Cebu’s jets can go anywhere. You can reach the island on the opposite shore in just 5 minutes. Since there is no fixed course, it is necessary to make a firm self-judgment. Please be sure to receive guidance from the instructor before riding the jet ski.  Listen carefully to the lecture so that you don’t run into shallow water or collide with other jet skis.

Banana boat (or water sled), is an unpowered, inflatable recreational boat meant to be towed. Different models usually accommodate three to ten riders sitting on a larger, main tube and resting their feet on two laterally flanking tubes which stabilize the boat. The main tube is often yellow and banana-shaped. Some models have two main tubes.  Banana boating is a fun beach vacation activity that you can try with your friends and family.

Cebu is the Queen City of the South and the Seat of Christianity in the Philippines , Cebu is the country’s oldest city. Exploring Cebu City , one encounters a rich historic past. Cebuanos are extremely proud of their cultural and historical heritage, a legacy which has endured through the centuries from the time the great explorer Ferdinand Magellan first planted the cross on Cebu ’s shore. Time has been kind to Cebu . From Zubu, the busy trading port in 1521, it has evolved into a highly urbanized metropolitan center which now serves as focal point of growth and development in Southern Philippines.

Cebu City, city, Cebu Island, south-central Philippines. Located on Cebu Island’s eastern coast, it is protected by offshore Mactan Island and by the inland Cordillera Central. It is one of the country’s largest cities and is a bustling port. Its harbour is provided by the sheltered strait between Mactan Island and the coast.

The country’s oldest settlement, it is also one of its most historic and retains much of the flavour of its long Spanish heritage. A thriving port occupied the site when Ferdinand Magellan, the Portuguese navigator and explorer, landed there on April 7, 1521. He sealed a blood compact with Humabon, the chief of Cebu, but was killed later by Chief Lapulapu of nearby Mactan Island. On April 27, 1565, Miguel López de Legazpi and the friar Andrés de Urdaneta arrived on Cebu and founded the first Spanish settlement and Catholic mission in the Philippine archipelago. For six years, until Legazpi’s removal to Manila, Cebu was the Spanish colonial capital. It remained the primary Spanish bastion in the southern part of the Philippines.
