This package is based on any available 3 star hotel upon booking confirmation.

How To Pay Your Reservation:
[1.] 10% Deposit to start the company negotiations.
[2.] 30% Deposit to completely block the hotel accommodation.
[3.] 30% To release the confirmed hotel and tour voucher.
[4.] 15% Payable 1 week before the travel date.
[5.] 15% Payable upon arrival to Cebu in Cash.

Payment interval depends on your travel date upon booking.

Educational Tour Requirements:
[1.] Intent Letter with the signature of the School Dean / Professor
[2.] Complete name list of the group with the signature of the Dean / Professor
[3.] Said requirements must be written with a School Logo.

Possible Itinerary & Inclusions can be adjusted that depends on your ETA/ETD and your other request. Hotel & Tour Voucher with the Final Itinerary / Tour timeline will be provided after the confirmation of your booking.

Booking terms and conditions:
No refunds can be made in case your booking is cancelled for reasons beyond our control of such as caused
by forces of nature, like typhoon, earthquakes, airline or fast craft delays/cancelled trip, medical reasons and others.

Booking must be at least two (2) months before the tour date, the earlier, the better. Companies requires 2 to 3 months request / intent letter processing before the approval by the companies HR department.
